11/11/2025 – V.P.O. Lehra, Ludhiana – Ecostan is proud to announce that their new hammer mill for briquette plants is leading the way in green technology. Built for efficiency and sufficient, this innovation is designed to make biomass processing easier, faster, and cleaner. This machine is another step into the direction of environment friendly practices.

How Our New Hammer Mill for Briquette Plants Works

The new Hammer Mill from Ecostan is a device that is meant to break up and pulverise minimally processed materials. These are wood chips, crop residues, and husks to make them briquette-ready. The reduction of the raw material size is accomplished by the entry of the stock into the chamber of the mill. Here, the high-speed rotating hammers shred it to a certain size. Thus, the briquette quality is standardised, and the burning efficiency is raised.

The Hammer Mill is a machine that is specifically designed for a long service life. It is constructed of high-grade steel to be able to resist long operational hours and difficult working conditions. The simplicity of the maintenance and the low amount of time for the machine to be out of operation make it an excellent unit in briquette plants that are of a modern type and require a trustworthy and steady machine.

Words from Our Managing Director

Our mission has always been to create technology that not only supports business growth but also contributes to a greener planet. This new hammer mill for the briquette plant is another step in that direction. Innovation, quality, and sustainability are all characteristics that it possesses. The project was to make a machine that would be efficient, reliable, and environmentally friendly, and that is precisely what we accomplished. It’s our belief that this introduction will be a great help to the energy sector to progressively adopt clean energy ‍‌‍‍‌production.

Words from Our Engineering Team

This design came from years of research and customer feedback. Each and every detail of the hammer mill for the briquette plant, starting from the rotor balance up to the airflow design, has been verified in a real test. We were concerned with lessening the waste and ensuring that every single component of this machine has a function. It is not only a machine, but also a part of a cleaner, smarter future for biomass ‍‌‍‍‌processing.
