Alliance strengthens cross-border corporate capabilities and delivers integrated legal solutions for clients operating across jurisdictions

UAE, March 12, 2026: Leading UAE-based law firm RAALC and internationally established corporate advisory firm Kaden Boriss have signed a formal cooperation agreement to establish a strategic alliance aimed at delivering integrated, cross-border legal and corporate advisory services across the United Arab Emirates and key international markets.

The partnership combines RAALC’s strong regional expertise in litigation, arbitration and regulatory advisory with Kaden Boriss’ global corporate advisory and cross-border transactional capabilities. Together, the firms will offer clients seamless legal support across multiple jurisdictions, enabling businesses, investors and institutions to navigate complex corporate transactions, regulatory frameworks and international disputes with greater efficiency.

Under the agreement, the firms will collaborate across key practice areas including corporate structuring, commercial transactions, regulatory advisory, restructuring, cross-border investments, dispute resolution and arbitration. The alliance establishes a coordinated and scalable framework designed to optimise professional resources and enhance service delivery for clients operating in increasingly interconnected markets.

“This alliance represents a strategic step in expanding our international reach while strengthening the depth of services available to our clients,” said Ehab Mohamed, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RAALC Group and Senior Litigation Consultant with more than 30 years of legal experience across the UAE and Egypt. “By working alongside Kaden Boriss, we are reinforcing our ability to support complex corporate mandates and cross-border transactions while maintaining our strong domestic foundation.”

The alliance enables both firms to operate as an integrated legal team, leveraging shared expertise, professional resources, infrastructure and case management systems where appropriate. The collaboration is expected to expand the firms’ collective capabilities and enhance responsiveness to complex international mandates, multi-jurisdictional transactions and evolving regulatory developments.

While dispute resolution and arbitration form an important part of the cooperation, the alliance is designed as a full-spectrum legal and corporate advisory collaboration, focusing equally on strategic advisory, transactional work and corporate growth strategies.

“The UAE continues to be one of the world’s most dynamic and globally connected business hubs,” said Dr. Sunil Ambalavelil, Global Executive Chairman of Kaden Boriss. “Our association with RAALC significantly strengthens our regional presence and enables us to deliver integrated, commercially intelligent legal solutions to clients operating across multiple jurisdictions.”

Structured as a strategic, non-exclusive alliance, the partnership extends beyond the UAE by leveraging Kaden Boriss’ international footprint across the Gulf region, the United States and Asia. This network will allow clients to access coordinated cross-border legal and advisory services through a single integrated platform.

The alliance will particularly support international investors entering the UAE market, as well as regional businesses expanding globally. It will also strengthen representation in arbitration and complex commercial disputes while supporting high-growth sectors including real estate and construction, financial services, energy, infrastructure, technology, healthcare and international trade.

In addition, the collaboration aims to deliver partner-led, commercially focused legal strategies for corporates, investment funds, family businesses and high-net-worth individuals, while advancing technology-enabled legal service delivery through knowledge-sharing and operational collaboration.
