Anosh Ahmed’s Foundation Rolls Out Largest Meal Program Yet in UAE and Pakistan

The Anosh Inc Foundation has announced a powerful new commitment to fight hunger and support vulnerable families in Dubai and Pakistan. After witnessing remarkable community participation during its Ramadan campaign, the foundation is now scaling its efforts with a goal to deliver 100,000 free meals over the next 12 months.
This expanded initiative aims to reach laborers, low-income workers, hospital visitors, and underserved communities who struggle to access daily meals.

Guided by the philanthropic leadership of Anosh Ahmed, the foundation continues to transform small acts of kindness into long-lasting humanitarian programs.

A Growing Movement Inspired by Compassion

What started as a simple seed of generosity during the final days of Ramadan has now grown into one of the region’s most active food assistance mission. During Ramadan, the foundation set an ambitious target of serving 3,000 meals daily to workers and low-income residents across Dubai.
The first day saw around 700 meals distributed, but the momentum built quickly. Within a few days, volunteers and community partners helped raise the distribution to 1,500 meals and then to the full 3,000-meal target.

Volunteers prepared hot meals, packed boxes, and personally delivered them to labor camps, construction areas, and high-need neighborhoods. With increasing engagement, the food drive became one of Dubai’s largest and most recognized Ramadan initiatives.

From Ramadan Campaign to Weekly Relief Program

Following the overwhelming success of the Ramadan drive, the Anosh Inc Foundation made a strategic decision—not to limit food distribution to seasonal events, but to create a year-round program.
Today, the foundation runs weekly meal distributions in Dubai, ensuring consistent support for workers facing harsh weather conditions and long work hours.

Weekly Distributions Include:

  • Hot biryani meals

  • Bottled water and hydration kits

  • Laban and other refreshing drinks

  • Essential nutrition packs

These weekly efforts not only help meet immediate hunger needs but also boost morale among workers who often endure physically demanding jobs. The approach reflects the long-term compassion-driven mission established by Anosh Ahmed, who continues to inspire volunteers and partners through hands-on involvement.

Expanding Support in Pakistan: Relief Efforts in Karachi

Beyond the UAE, the foundation is also increasing its humanitarian footprint in Pakistan.
One of the most impactful initiatives took place at Jinnah Hospital in Karachi, where the foundation served meals to families waiting outside the Children’s ICU Ward. Many of these families had traveled from small towns and rural areas in Sindh in search of urgent medical treatment.

The free meals helped ease their emotional and financial stress during a difficult time. Volunteers also interacted with families, offering comfort and ensuring everyone received equal support.

These activities highlight the foundation’s commitment to serving people from all backgrounds, especially those facing unexpected hardships.

18,500+ Meals Already Delivered — And Growing

The foundation’s progress has been impressive. More than 18,500 meals have already been distributed in Dubai alone, with hundreds more shared across Karachi.
This success is driven by:

  • A dedicated volunteer network

  • Strong community partnerships

  • Efficient planning and logistics

  • Transparent communication with supporters

As participation continues to grow, the vision of delivering 100,000 meals in one year becomes increasingly achievable.

Community Engagement at the Heart of the Mission

One of the reasons the foundation’s programs continue to expand is the spirit of volunteerism. Local residents, young professionals, students, and corporate teams have joined hands to support the cause.
Many volunteers say the hands-on experience of preparing and delivering meals has given them a deeper understanding of community needs.

This grassroots engagement has helped turn a simple act of charity into a powerful, organized humanitarian movement.

A Long-Term Commitment to Hunger Relief

While seasonal campaigns create short-term impact, long-term food relief requires consistency, planning, and reliable community support. That’s why the Anosh Inc Foundation is shifting toward sustainable food assistance programs that operate throughout the year.

Long-Term Goals Include:

  • Setting up mobile food stations

  • Introducing monthly meal support for labor communities

  • Expanding operations in major Pakistani cities

  • Collaborating with local NGOs and hospitals

  • Creating awareness campaigns to encourage more volunteers

These efforts aim to build a hunger-free environment where vulnerable individuals can rely on stable support.
